Monticello Mobile Appointment — $45

Includes:

To complete a remote online notarization, you generally need:

• A valid government-issued photo ID

• A smartphone, tablet or computer with a camera and microphone

• A stable internet connection

• Your unsigned document in PDF format

• The ability to complete the platform’s identity-verification process

Document eligibility and acceptance are determined before payment is finalized. The receiving agency, court, title company or other recipient should be consulted when acceptance of remote online notarization is uncertain.

Standard pricing includes local travel, routine printing of lender-provided documents, notarization, appointment completion and package preparation for return. Extended travel, unusually large packages, multiple properties, additional signers or special return requirements may affect the final quote.

I-9 Employment Verification

Authorized Representative Appointment — $45

TWard Digital LLC may act as an employer’s designated authorized representative to physically examine an employee’s acceptable identification and complete the employer-authorized portion of Form I-9.

This is not a notarial act, and the form will not be stamped unless a separate document specifically requires notarization.

Local Monticello pricing begins at $45. Extended travel is quoted according to the service location.

Witness Services

Witness-Only Appointment — Starting at $40

A professional witness may be provided for document execution when legally permitted and when the witness has no prohibited interest in the transaction.Additional witnesses, extended appointment time and travel outside Monticello may affect the final price. Witness availability must be confirmed in advance.

Additional Service Fees

• Same-day priority request: Add $25

• Appointment after 6:00 p.m.: Add $25

• Weekend or holiday appointment: Add $35

• Printing outside an included loan-signing package: $0.25 per page

• Waiting beyond the first 15 minutes: $1 per minute

Appointment and Cancellation Policy

Please have your document ready, but do not sign it before meeting with the notary unless specifically instructed otherwise.

Every signer must:

• Be present during the notarization

• Provide satisfactory identification

• Be aware of the document being signed

• Sign willingly and without coercion

A travel or priority fee may be required to reserve certain appointments. If an appointment is canceled after travel has begun or the signer does not appear, the applicable travel or reservation fee is nonrefundable.

A notary public is not an attorney and cannot provide legal advice, choose the notarial certificate for a signer or explain the legal effect of a document.
