TWard Digital LLC is a veteran-owned business based in Monticello, Arkansas, providing professional notary, loan signing, remote online notarization, and selected digital services.
2. Services Provided
TWard Digital LLC offers services including:
Mobile notary services
Remote online notarization (RON)
Loan signing agent services for real estate and lending transactions
General notary work and document witnessing, as permitted by law
Authorized employment eligibility verification assistance
Website design and related digital services by separate agreement
Service availability depends on scheduling, geographic location, document requirements, applicable law, and third-party provider requirements.
3. Notarial Services and Legal Limitations
Notarial acts are performed in accordance with applicable Arkansas law.
TWard Digital LLC does not operate as a law firm. Unless separately authorized by law, its notarial personnel do not provide legal advice, draft legal instruments in the capacity of an attorney, determine the legal sufficiency of documents, or advise clients regarding their legal rights.
Customers are responsible for obtaining appropriate legal advice and ensuring their documents are complete and suitable for the intended transaction.
A notarial act may be declined when required identification, personal appearance, willingness, awareness, or other legal conditions are not satisfied.
4. Identification and Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
Present acceptable identification when required.
Provide accurate appointment and contact information.
Ensure that documents are ready for the requested service.
Meet applicable witnessing, identification, and signing requirements.
Participate voluntarily in the notarial transaction.
Certain documents may require additional witnesses or special procedures. Customers should identify those requirements before scheduling.
5. Remote Online Notarization
Remote online notarization is offered through technology providers approved for use under applicable Arkansas requirements.
Remote notarizations may require identity verification, credential analysis, live audio-video communication, electronic signatures, and session recording.
During an Arkansas remote online notarization, the notary must be physically located in Arkansas. The signer may be located elsewhere where the transaction is permitted by applicable law.
The receiving institution or government agency may impose additional requirements regarding electronic notarizations. Customers should confirm acceptance with the intended recipient.
Third-party platform terms and privacy policies may also apply.
6. Pricing, Travel Fees, and Payment
Applicable notarial fees will comply with Arkansas law. Additional travel, printing, administrative, or signing-agent service charges, where lawful, will be communicated before the customer agrees to the service.
Travel charges may vary according to distance, travel time, scheduling requirements, and service location.
Loan signing fees arranged through title companies, signing services, or other contracting entities are governed by the applicable assignment agreement.
Any cancellation charges, nonrefundable expenses, or special service fees must be disclosed and agreed upon before they apply.
7. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments are subject to confirmation and availability.
Customers should notify TWard Digital LLC promptly when rescheduling or canceling an appointment.
TWard Digital LLC reserves the right to reschedule or decline appointments because of safety concerns, unavailable documentation, legal restrictions, technical failures, severe weather, or other circumstances affecting lawful service delivery.
8. Loan Signing and Document Handling
For loan signing assignments, TWard Digital LLC follows applicable instructions provided by the contracting company and the requirements of law.
Document printing, scanbacks, delivery, and shipping are performed according to agreed assignment requirements.
TWard Digital LLC does not guarantee loan approval, funding, recording, or acceptance of a transaction by any third party.
9. AI-Assisted Customer Communications
TWard Digital LLC may use an automated or AI-assisted customer service agent to answer general questions, provide service information, and collect appointment inquiries.
The AI agent is not an attorney, notary public, or authorized substitute for a commissioned notary performing a notarial act.
AI-generated responses are informational and may require confirmation by a human representative. Appointments, prices, and service eligibility are not final until confirmed by TWard Digital LLC.
Customers should not submit Social Security numbers, government-issued identification images, banking credentials, or confidential signing documents through general AI chat interfaces unless specifically instructed to use an approved secure process.

10. Website and Digital Services
Website design and other digital projects may be subject to separate project proposals, written agreements, payment schedules, and deliverable requirements.
Project-specific terms take precedence where expressly agreed in writing.
11. Confidentiality and Third-Party Services
TWard Digital LLC takes reasonable measures to protect customer information and confidential documents.
Authorized service providers, including communication platforms, document delivery services, and remote notarization technology providers, may process information necessary to provide requested services.
Use of third-party systems may also be subject to their separate terms and policies.
12. No Guarantee of Results
TWard Digital LLC strives for accurate, timely, professional service but does not guarantee acceptance of documents by every receiving institution or successful completion of transactions dependent on third parties.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
13. Changes to Terms
TWard Digital LLC may revise these Terms of Service periodically. Updated terms will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.
Changes will apply prospectively, subject to applicable law and existing contractual obligations.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
